What differentiates us from many of our competitors is that we provide a genuine end-to-end solution, with Keeble responsible for bags and bin supply, collections, shredding and baling. This eliminates any risks associated with transhipment between contractors, where materials can be spilled or lost; it removes the need to vet multiple suppliers; and it allows us to deliver our services very cost-effectively. We remain fully accountable for your confidential material at all times, with audit trails, documentation, a CCTV monitored shredding facility and a customer viewing policy all in place to close the security loop.
While we are happy to supply collection facilities to suit client preferences, such as wheelie bins, we prefer where possible to apply our ‘no touch’ principle for ease and maximum security. With ‘no touch’, from the time the material is deposited in a waste repository to the time it is shredded, no hand physically touches that piece of material again. We supply the Keeble PaperSack to individuals or groups to fill with their confidential waste, which when full, is sealed and tagged if desired; the PaperSacks are collected and without ever being opened are placed onto the shredding conveyor for destruction. So when we say ‘confidential, we really do mean ‘confidential’.
While the majority of waste goods are suitable for recycling, a small percentage has to be sorted, destroyed and then sent either to landfill or as waste for energy, an alternative green option. These processes are also kept in-house, ensuring that the only material that ever leaves site is beyond recognition and reconstitution.
